Distance Selling Agreement

  1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
    This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically from the Seller’s website [www.pelikangift.com].
  2. PRODUCT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
    The type, quantity, brand/model, sales price, and delivery information of the product(s) will be delivered to the address and contact information provided by the Buyer based on the information at the time the order was placed.
  3. DELIVERY TERMS
  • The product(s) will be shipped within 3 business days after bank approval is received.
  • Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer, and shipping costs are specified at the time of ordering.
  • If the recipient detects damage while inspecting the product upon delivery, they must file a report.
  1. PAYMENT METHOD
    Payment shall be made by credit card, wire transfer/EFT, or other specified payment methods, at the Buyer’s discretion.
  2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS
  • The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
  • When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, resalable, and in its original packaging.
  • Products for which the right of withdrawal does not apply: Products that are customized or perishable, or products that are not suitable for resale.
  • The original invoice must be sent along with the product(s) to be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer; if the product is defective/faulty, shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller.
  • Return requests must be reported via info@pelikangift.com or + 90 532 250 38 03.
  1. COMPETENT COURT
    In the enforcement of this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the place where the Buyer purchased the goods or services and resides are competent within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.
  2. EFFECTIVE DATE
    By placing an order on the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
    This agreement becomes effective upon being read and approved by the Buyer in electronic form.
